Shipping Policy – MischiefTCG

At MischiefTCG, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will ship.

 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g. new product drops), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method selected.

USA 3–10 business days USPS, Ascendia, ChitChats
International 7–21 business days ChitChats International, APC, or partner carriers

⏱️ Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not when it’s placed.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

  • MischiefTCG is not liable for delays due to customs processing or government regulations.

  • Refused international shipments are not eligible for refunds unless the item is returned in original condition.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking status.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

  • If the item is returned unopened and in resellable condition, you may request a refund minus shipping and a 6% restocking fee.


Special Note for Sealed Product Buyers

To protect collectible integrity:

  • We ship sealed boxes in protective packaging to minimize damage.

  • We are not responsible for minor cosmetic wear (e.g. corner dents, shrink wrap scuffs) caused in transit.

  • If you receive a package with significant damage, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
